Our Himalayan Herbal Salt Soak is handcrafted with sun-dried Banna Leaves, Amarbel Stem, and four therapeutic essential oils suspended in a base of mineral-rich Himalayan pink salt. When dissolved in hot water, it releases a warm, earthy steam that opens pores and allows the herbal actives to penetrate deeply into tired muscles and stiff joints.

How It Works

Himalayan salt draws out toxins and reduces water retention in tissues. The sun-dried herbs - Banna Leaves and Amarbel Stem - bring traditional Ayurvedic wisdom to the blend, known for centuries to support muscle recovery. Turmeric and Eucalyptus essential oils add warming, anti-inflammatory support while Mugwort calms the nervous system and supports deeper relaxation. Coconut and Olive oils leave skin feeling nourished, never stripped.

How to Use

  1. Boil water and let it cool slightly to a comfortable hot (not scalding) temperature
  2. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the salt soak to a bowl of hot water
  3. Stir until dissolved
  4. Soak a clean cloth or towel in the water, wring out gently
  5. Apply the warm compress to the affected area - back, knees, shoulders, feet
  6. Re-soak and reapply as the cloth cools
  7. Repeat for 15-20 minutes
  8. Pat dry and rest

Best used in the evening after physical activity or at the end of a long day.
