Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24-72 hours of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all orders above $60 (USA/UAE) and above ₹2,000 (India). Orders below these thresholds will be charged a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

International Customs & Duties

International orders (USA and UAE) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Earth's Essentials has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Important Note on Essential Oils

All our essential oils are natural botanical products shipped in compliance with international courier regulations for aromatic/cosmetic products. We use trusted courier partners including DHL, FedEx, and Aramex for all international shipments.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly on the courier's website.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@earthsessentials.in within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
