Our Policy

At Earth's Essentials, every order is carefully packed and quality checked before dispatch. Because our products are pure essential oils with tamper-evident seals, we maintain a strict replacement-only policy to protect the integrity and safety of every product we send.

We do not offer refunds. We offer replacements only.

When You Are Eligible for a Replacement

We will replace your product if:

  • The item arrives visibly damaged
  • The product bottle is broken or leaking upon arrival
  • The wrong product was sent to you

When You Are NOT Eligible for a Replacement

  • The bottle seal has been opened or tampered with
  • The product has been used, even partially
  • The return request is made more than 7 days after delivery
  • The damage was caused after delivery
  • You simply changed your mind

How to Request a Replacement

If your order arrives damaged, follow these steps:

  1. Do not open the damaged bottle
  2. Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging immediately
  3. Email us at info@earthsessentials.in within 7 days of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damage
    • Brief description of the issue

We will review your request within 2-3 business days and ship your replacement at no additional cost.

Important Notes

  • Once a bottle seal is broken, the product cannot be replaced under any circumstance
  • Replacements are shipped to the same delivery address as the original order
  • We reserve the right to request the damaged product to be returned before dispatching a replacement
