Cedrus deodara - the Himalayan Cedar - is one of the most sacred trees in the world. "Deodara" comes from the Sanskrit "Devadaru" meaning Tree of the Gods. Growing at altitudes above 1,500 metres in the pristine Himalayan range, this ancient tree produces an oil of extraordinary depth, warmth and grounding power.
