How to Use:


Diffuser: Add 4-6 drops for a sharp, energising, focused atmosphere - ideal for work or study
Scalp massage: Dilute 3-4 drops in 1 tsp carrier oil, massage into scalp for 5-10minutes
Topical: Dilute 2-3 drops in 1 tsp carrier oil, massage into muscles after exercise
